I want to give a massive thank you to Mark for changing the room lock for me. I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to get in as I’d lost the key. Nobody could recommend a locksmith, so I took the plunge and contacted Marc after both front and side door locks ceased working properly in a 48hr hours. It took him two minutes to work out it wasn't the faulty front door lock; the door had dropped slightly - another few minutes and that was sorted. He could have kept me in the dark about the door having dropped and charged for another lock but didn't. The side door did need a replacement lock. Marc explained everything to me as he worked. As others have commented, very reasonably priced. He's definitely been added to the 'recommended' list for future reference. Thank you!
