Darren came out today at very short notice - we had a broken gearbox in a lock he'd fixed within the last year. Still in guarantee so he replaced and fitted the broken part without charge. Great guy, speedy worker, easy communication, wouldn't go anywhere else for lock issues.

I rang Darren yesterday morning around 9.15 - he came around within the hour. I explained the problem, and he could adjust the door lock setup in about 20 minutes. It now works far better than it ever has! His charges were very fair, and I could pay by credit card. I would use him again and would fully recommend his work.

Darran did a great job all around. Not only did he replace our broken lock he advised us to take care of it in the future to get more years out of the new one - plus he adjusted a couple of areas regarding the original fitting of the door so it closes beautifully now! Brilliant work - I definitely recommend it!
